The Indian Community of Barcelona, made up of the people of different religions such as Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and Christian, organized an act of condemnation for the recent attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils on 17 August. At the meeting point, the emblematic Rambla del Raval, there was a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack. Then the group in procession headed for the Ramblas through Hospital Street until arriving at the place where the tragedy took place to offer flowers and lit candles and prayed for the victims and for the prompt recovery of the all others who injured in the attack. The event ended with a great ovation to the local police of the city council of Barcelona who accompanied the group during the march and in gratitude to the work done during the days after the attack.
