The Indian Culture Centre Foundation celebrates International Yoga Day in collaboration with the Consulate of India in Barcelona. The event, under the theme “Yoga for One Land, One Health,” brought together prominent figures at the Estació Parc del Nord, including the Consul General of India, Mr. Inbasekar Sundaramurthi; Ms. Lorena Elvira Ayuso, Secretary General of the Department of European Union and Foreign Affairs; Mr. Robert Masih Nahar, former Senator for Barcelona; and Mr. José Pintor, Director of Casa Asia. Following welcoming remarks from the guests of honor, a yoga workshop took place, bringing together participants of various ages, levels, and nationalities, reflecting the cultural diversity of the Catalan capital. The day culminated with an impressive Kathak dance performance by Núria Cabo, Director of Espai Kaala, which filled the Parc del Nord stage with magic and emotion.
