World Hindi Day
This day is celebrated every year on January 10 and intends to promote the Hindi language worldwide, one of the two official languages ​​in India, along with English. Indian Culture Center, in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Spain, has celebrated this day by organizing various cultural activities. The event, presented by Shreevats Venkateshwaran, started with reading Hindi poems by the center’s Hindi students, invited friends and the youngest members of the association. Indian Senator Robert Masih Nahar explained to the public the importance of celebrating this World Hindi Day and enjoyed a variety of informative videos featuring information on the Hindi language, the fifth largest language. spoken among the total number of languages ​​spoken in the world. The representative of the Indian Embassy, ​​Manoj Kumar, proposed a number of activities related to the Hindi language in which the audience attending the event could take part.
