The University of Barcelona hosted the conference “Who is Śrī Caitanya? Life and Teachings”, given by Dr. María Elena Sierra in the Main Hall. Śrī Caitanya, a 15th-century Bengali saint, was a prominent social reformer and Hindu spiritual teacher. The event featured the distinguished presence of the Consul General of India, Mr. Inbasekar Sundaramurthi, and the collaboration of Núria Cabo, a member of the Women’s Commission of the Indian Culture Centre Fundation. The conference culminated in an emotional kirtan session in the university gardens, followed by a stunning kathak dance performance by Núria Cabo, which filled the university environment with spirituality and beauty.
