Congratulations to the champions!
The Indian Culture Centre Foundation joins in the celebration of the women’s team from L’ Hospitalet Cricket Club, which has been crowned champion of the Catalan Cricket League for the second consecutive year. This achievement is an inspiring example of dedication, teamwork, and overcoming challenges. What makes this team even more special is its diversity. Composed of women from different nationalities, the team demonstrates that sports can be a powerful tool for inclusion and integration. We especially congratulate Dannely, a student in our computer classes and a player on the team, for her outstanding participation. We hope this achievement inspires more women to join the world of sports and discover cricket as a way to have fun, exercise, and connect with others.
