Makar Sankranti Festival

Celebrating “Makar Sankranti” with the Telegu Association of Barcelona, an Indian festival dedicated to the Hindu god of the sun “Suriya”, which is celebrated every year in January. The festival was held in the theater of the Escola Sagrat Cor Besòs and included the participation of His Excellency the Consul General of India in Barcelona, ​​Mr. Inbasekar Sundaramurthi, and the Consul Mrs. Arsha Nissar. The guests of honor lit the traditional oil lamp and the musical performances began by the members of the Telegu association.
