Our colleague and member of the Women’s Commission of the Indian Culture Center Foundation, Manu Kaur (Noveprit Singh Kaur), has participated in the conference “Ganges to Gaudí: Writers’ Bridge”, an event organized by the Indian Consulate in Barcelona. The event, which was attended by Consul General, Mr. Inbasekar Sundaramurthi, included an interactive session with writers from the Indian diaspora: Archita Singh, Noveprit Singh Kaur and Sreejith TS Nair, and an online essay writing competition for students. Manu Kaur is the author of the novel “The Worlds of Kaur”, a book that explores cultural identity and immigration through the story of two generations of women of Indian origin.
